About Leslie
Leslie Roberts founded her own company, Stillwater Financial Group (formerly Long Financial Services, Inc.), over 25 years ago and has focused her experience on the senior market. Her specialty is in creating relatively safe, secure, lower-risk, dependable plans for people who have worked hard for what they have and are on their way to a successful retirement. Leslie works closely with her clients to help achieve their financial goals and prefers to think of her clients as partners. Leslie has the experience necessary to analyze their finances, address their financial concerns and maximize their financial security into their golden years.
Holding a Bachelor of Science/Information Systems Management degree from University of Maryland's branch in Heidelberg, Germany Leslie began her career path over 25 years ago when she founded Long Financial Services, Inc. She started her business overseas, in Germany, where her primary client base was military personnel. From there, Leslie returned to the U.S. and counseled government employees on financial planning, where she became immersed in the government's retirement system and policies. Leslie shifted her focus to the senior market, where house calls and personal relationships with her partners has proven to be successful and rewarding.
Roberts believes that the best retirement planning does not need to happen in a posh office or giant board room. Rather, it can occur at the client's kitchen table. As President and Founder of Stillwater Financial Group, formerly known as Long Financial Services, Leslie is always accessible and in-touch with her partners. She explains complicated financial issues in ways that are easy to understand. She has earned her reputation for building close relationships with her senior partners and wouldn't have it any other way. In her many years of mapping out and navigating successful retirements for hard-working people, Leslie has spent countless hours at many kitchen tables assisting her partners to help insure their futures.
